Board of Directors
- Ron Smith, President
- Ron is an Insurance Broker with Northridge Insurance Agency. Ron has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2004.
- Leela Kapur, Vice President
- Leela is Chief Deputy of the Los Angeles County Counsel Office and the parent of a child with a developmental disability. Leela has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2007. She is the Chairman of the Bylaws Committee.
- Judi Prejean, Treasurer
- Judi is the Senior Vice President & Regional Manager at Bank of the West. Judi has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 1999 and is also the Treasurer of the Valley Village Foundation Board of Directors. She is the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
- Kitty Cooper, Secretary
- Kitty is a parent of a Valley Village resident and is retired from Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services. Kitty has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2002.
- Steve Beilinson
- Steve is our Audit Committee Chairman and is the Commercial Credit Officer for the regional banking group at Bank of the West. Steve has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2006.
- Cathy Casas
- Cathy is the Executive Director of Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center. Cathy has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2010.
- Margarita Clement
- Margarita is a Research RN PhD with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Margarita has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2008.
- Larry Diamond
- Larry is a parent of a Valley Village resident and is a retired CPA. He is the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee. Larry has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 1999.
- Marla Kort
- Marla is a parent of a Valley Village resident and is a Clinical Licensed Scientist at Los Robles Medical Center. Marla has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2007.
- Joyce Pearson
- Joyce is the Principal attorney at Pearson Law Corporation and a CPA with experience in special needs trusts. Joyce joined Valley Village's Board of Directors in January 2011.
- Matthew Pondella
- Matthew is the Vice President of Arroyo Insurance Services where he specializes in business insurance including workers' compensation, package policies group employee benefits including long term care, voluntary benefits, short and long term disability and wellness programs. Matthew joined Valley Village's Board of Directors in April 2011.
- Carson Schreiber
- Carson is retired from Disney Music and is the president of the Kiwanis Entertainment Industry Group. Carson has served on the Valley Village Board of Directors since 2006.

- Dwight Wheeler
- Dwight is a founding parent of Valley Village and is the Vice President of the Valley Village Foundation Board of Directors. Dwight sits on the Board Development Committee.
- Dolores Zimmermann
- Dolores Zimmermann is a parent of a Valley Village resident and is a member of the Valley Village Foundation Board of Directors. Dolores sits on the Board Development Committee.
