Our Day Programs

Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) / Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) – Winnetka

Our ADHC/CBAS program provides a safe, structured daytime environment for adults with chronic medical conditions or disabilities who require skilled care and supervision.

Participants receive comprehensive services including:

• Licensed nursing care
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Social services and emotional support
• Nutrition counseling and personal care
• Therapeutic and social activities

With a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio, each individual receives a personalized care plan designed to support their health, independence, and overall well-being.

Adult Development Program – Winnetka

The Adult Development Program focuses on helping individuals build essential life skills and independence while actively engaging in their communities.

Participants receive support in:

• Activities of daily living
• Art, music, and leisure activities
• Fitness and movement
• Community integration

They also develop practical skills such as cooking, shopping, money management, personal care, and self-advocacy.

With a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio, each participant follows an individualized program plan tailored to their goals and interests.

Behavioral Day Services – Winnetka

Our Behavioral Day Services Program supports individuals who benefit from additional behavioral support while building life skills and participating in community activities.

With enhanced 1:3 staffing ratios, participants receive personalized support in a structured setting designed to promote positive behaviors and skill development.

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides professional oversight and develops individualized behavior support strategies.

Program activities include daily living skills, sensory activities, art and music, fitness, and community integration.

Medical Day Services – Winnetka & Sunland

The Medical Day Services Program provides specialized support for individuals who require ongoing medical oversight while participating in daily activities and skill-building programs.

Licensed nursing staff provide supervision in a safe and structured environment, ensuring participants receive the care they need while remaining active and engaged.

Participants may also receive therapy services such as physical and occupational therapy.
